Mr Raymond started his career with the international banks and in 2014 he has been appointed as a managing director of Temasek International Pte Ltd. He helmed as a managing director from 2004 to 2020 for 17 years. After he retired as the managing director of Temasek International, he currently sits in various boards as advisor and in 2021, he joined Diamond Glass as Deputy Chairman.
